I’m very disappointed with this product and the customer service. The power bank is defective—it overheats and charges too slowly—but instead of helping, they sent troubleshooting steps and acted like the issue was my fault. I had already tried everything before contacting them.They made the return process unnecessarily difficult and refused to make it easy to get a label. Don’t waste your money on this product, and don’t expect good support if you receive a defective unit.

The packaging should've been better, however the item itself is pretty decent.
