Their customer service is great! My dog is an odd shape. He is long but stubby. I originally got him a medium but it was too tight around his shoulders and customer service was quick to respond and help me make an exchange for a size up. The material is very soft and I love that the hood has a draw string.

Am very pleased with this quality product and was impressed with customer service. I got the wrong size and they promptly replaced it and let me keep the other size to gift to a dog in need. So impressive!

I love the dog hoodie I bought. I originally bought a large for my dog, based off of other brands he has worn. It was too small. He needed an XL. The customer service I received around exchanging the hoodie was amazing! The bigger size fits my dig. It is warm and very soft on the inside.
