Delicious
Very effective for the first couple days, then feels like a very weak coffee that tastes great. I’ve been adding a shot of espresso to it each morning and then a regular cup later trying to decrease caffeine intake. Seems to be working well. Still pretty sleepy after a couple weeks but 100% focusing better. I do recommend

Tastes awesome
I have been mixing other mushroom powders into my food or smoothies on and off for years. It was inconvenient and I did not get them daily. I also have been trying to reduce or stop my coffee intake, but got headaches and felt sluggish without it. Ryze is the perfect solution with the reduced caffeine and the non caffeine options.
