Product arrived damaged

The concept of this balloon cover is wonderful! I can see my family getting a lot of use out of it if it holds up. Unfortunately, the cover was sent to us damaged, but I didn’t notice until after the return window closed because it took us a while to remember to buy balloons from the store. Upon reaching out to Customer Care and explaining the situation, I was told that my only option would be to pay to replace it with a 25% off coupon. Pretty disappointing considering that the cover arrived damaged, I just didn’t detect it right away.

My friends and I are so tired of little plastic toys that pretty much go straight into the garbage. Also way too much candy is happening for every b-day party, holiday, event. So I ordered a bunch of these balloon balls as the favor for my daughters b-day. They come folded beautifully in organza bags w/ a balloon too. No need for me to do anything more other than pass them out! I waited for a sale, and used the payment plan option which helped w/ all the other b-day essentials needed too. We really love Sarah's Silks!
