Customer service

The USPS delivered our order incorrectly and could not recover it. After documentation letter from the USPS, the Tonies company sent a replacement with no further issues. Package arrived safely. Thank you Tonies.

Disappointed

Very disappointed that this is not the original soundtrack with the actual movie characters singing the songs. My daughter is only a toddler but she could clearly tell the difference. This should be more clearly stated so you know what you’re getting. Especially considering the characters are the same price as buying an album of songs.
