Must have tool

This tool helped my patties not shrink up once on the cast iron grill. I’d say it is a must gadget unless you already have one.

Awesome press

I made some awesome paninis with this! It’s quite heavy and makes a great grill. Wish it fit the entire cast iron grill, however. The little empty ring around the edges drives me crazy. Our place is amazing though!
