Wrong size

I love my new track suit! I chose the Hadley royal blue super stacked. The color is vibrant and the material is durable. However, there is only one issue. The size chart suggested I get a large but when it arrived it was too big. I would like to exchange for a smaller size but Rockstar Original want me to pay for their mistake. The return policy is $12. 00 which I would probably pay if I chose the wrong size. I'm slightly hesitant on ordering again because I don't know how their clothes run and I don't want to keep paying for returns.
