Love the material, it's very warm and cozy. The color and fit are perfect. The back can scrunch up if you have a wide but short body. Perfect fit for bully breed bodies.

As described. Customer service was excellent. Definitely recommend, nicely padded and the jacket has two rows of buttons so you adjust comfort which a super feature.

I purchased the size 4xl green puffer coat based on the measurements on the sizing chart. The coat is easily 1-2 times larger than my dog needs. The same day that I received the coat I emailed Spark Paws to begin the exchange process. I received a generic email regarding returns and exchanges. That email stated that I would receive a second email within 24-28 hours with a pre-paid shipping label to print out. It has been 48 hours and no shipping label yet. They sent an email requesting my review instead of the return label. With the time it took to receive the coat I fear it will be a month before I get the coat in the “hopefully” correct size. That is if Spark Paws send me the return label.
