I am a size 8 in bottoms which is a size 28. That’s a 14”-15” across the waist. I weight 120 pounds and I’d say get the XS for a very tight fit especially if you’ll lose weight since I know I am. The size small still fits but I wish I did get the XS, I’m just going to get them fixed by seeing an inch or two to make them tighter.
