The Salty Palmer flavor is my favorite of all that I’ve tried. I was glad to get the bigger container. I can tell a difference since I’ve started using ReLyte in my hydration. I was skeptical of the salt flavor, but it tastes much better than the fake flavors you get at the store that don’t have the best ingredients. I am so glad my friend told me about this brand!

Salty Palmer Relyte

This is an absolutely delicious electrolyte. Has the sodium I need as I have chronic hyponatremia. The only problem I have with the whole line of electrolyte powders is the addition of the coconut powder. It causes a lot of stomach issues. Wish they would make this without the coconut powder.
