Great Sweatshirt but inconsistent with color

This is my favorite sweatshirt !! I have it in black as well but I am very frustrated because I ordered another black one in the exact same color and size and what I received in the mail was a faded dark grey color. It was not the same black color that I had ordered previously. I have reached out to customer service and they sent me another one but again they sent the faded dark grey color when I ordered a true black. I’m not sure why the sweatshirts vary in color but I just want the true black color like I ordered .
