I've been buying all since before they became popular. My old accolades in sweatshirts and sweatpants were twice the quality of the ones I've purchased this year. It's easy to get to the top but hard to stay there. The new pill easily and the thickness and overall weight/quality is half of those purchased 3 years ago. Even the basic athletic heather grey. Sad they decrease quality. Then. They have horrid customer care and you're lucky if you get a response at all. Honestly, my Russell I purchase from Amazon are the same quality now for 1/5 the price.

Poor quality very disappointing

This is my second set of accolade sweat pants. The first pair I bought one month ago I wore once to the store before even washing them they started pilling fuzz all over like I had them for years. I had to buy a fabric shaver. It does it everytime I wear them. I won’t wear them in public. I thought maybe a dud I’ll try again bc I love the look. These didn’t exact same thing. It’s more hidden bc they are grey and not navy. Just really disappointing for the price of these it’s absolutely ridiculous. I have sets from target that have never done this that are a fraction of the price. I actually googled Alo sweat pants pilling fuzz etc and there’s so many comments legit TikTok’s made about how poor quality is and how the start pilling before even taken out of packaging. LOVE the workout leggings from Alo. But I will NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER CASUAL sweat pants sweat shirt or anything like that from this company.
