Will not buy Alo again

I previously purchased a set of Accolade sweatshirt and sweatpants and loved them so much that I decided to buy another set in a different color. Unfortunately, I was disappointed to find that the fabric had been changed. While the new set was softer and warmer, it started to pill after just two wears. I contacted their customer service for assistance, but they dismissed the issue as normal wear and tear. Considering I had only worn the set less than five times, this response was frustrating. I regret not reading other reviews before making my purchase, as spending $200 on this set turned out to be a disappointing decision, especially given the lack of support from customer service regarding the quality concern.
