Softer than I expected for a medium firmness

This is a quality pillow but I felt like one I settled in there was little between my head and the mattress. When I placed my order I bought both a medium and a firm. The firm is amazing!!! That said, ideally I wish there was a pillow between firm and medium. Firm is very thick. Even so, it is still the pillow I picked after trying MANY MANY MANY pillows. I had great customer service with Boll and Branch and the return process was simple for the medium one I returned. I fully recommend the company and the pillows. Hope you a pillow perfect for you!
