I have taken other popular hair supplements that are much more expensive. I decided to try this product instead since I was using other Silver Fern products. I can definitely tell a difference in shedding when I am taking this product. When I stopped taking it, my hair began to shed extensively…I started back with the product and the shedding stopped. I’m very thankful to have a cost effective option that does what it says it will do!
