Necklace is cute. But what frustrated me was their customer service. I made this purchase by mistake on shopay. Tried to cancel it minutes after the transaction was made. Because I was trying to add the discount and it didn’t take it at the final pay page and it fully charged me for the product. The next morning around 10:30 receive an email they can’t refund me as the shipment went out and this purchase was made at around 10pm the night before. But shopay didn’t notify me that shipment was sent. Customer service didn’t want to help with canceling the order so I can make a new order or at least provide me with the 30 percent discount. I won’t come again to this page because their customer service is poorly managed. I’ve never ever had an issue with any other company before. Others cater to their customer. Unfortunately they don’t.
