I had placed an order during their sale and I accidentally shipped to the wrong address. Not even two seconds after I ordered I opened the chat, it was 4:00, the never responded because they close at 5:00!! So I emailed them and asked if they could help, they cancelled my order and said to repurchase items, but by then, my items were out of stock. So frustrating, they didn’t even ask if I wanted it cancelled.
