HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.. Sent me the wrong purse color- completely wrong from what I ordered that was advertised on their site. I’ve tried to contact them 3 different times and ways to start a return and they have IGNORED ME. I even DM’d them on instagram and my message was SEEN by them and IGNORED. Now I’m stuck with an expensive bag I don’t want bc it’s not the one I wanted to buy.
