Needs A few adjustments

Let me start by saying I enjoy using your products. I appreciate having clean drinking water but I wish I didn't have to suck on the straw so hard just to get enough water out of the water bottle. I know it is different because it is going through a filter. I can't use it in a quiet setting like a meeting because it makes to much noise when drinking through straw. When I first received the bottle I had nothing that showed me how to get the salty taste from the water so I could began to use the water bottle. I know you are usually very good about how to clearly use your products. The other thing that I was unhappy about was the part you put your mouth on is not cover up. Thus leaving it exposed to germs and dust. I do like the medal water bottle and it filtered clean drinking for me.

Got this for my son in college

My son really only likes to drink the water out of our clearly filtered pitcher, so I got him this one he can take to class and to the gym etc. Now he has nice clean water on the go!!

So far so good, its been worth it
