The color selection is excellent, nice and moody pallet. The quality of the colored pencils is really close to the high end designer quality, but for a cheaper cost. They lay down color beautifully and blend very well! Love them!

My daughter is an artist, she requested them for Christmas. So I really can't, personally, review them properly. But her art is internationally popular & she sells for very good prices.... so I can only imagine that these are the best of any available crayons.

Am excellent set of colors that I am eager to play around with in my next drawing. I would not recommend the Harmonious set for a starter pack since their isn't a variety of colors. Think of this set as an addition to your collection of soft colors or Gold edition. They're some unique colors and set a certain tone but all are beautiful and blend well. Overall an amazing set of colors!
