I love this product. I use it on my neck for relief. My massage lady loves it too. It really makes my massage a wonderful experience. I bought the balm too, Vitality has awesome products that work well.

The Aches & Pains is the best product I have found to help my pain for my lower back and my sciatica nerves, I put on before I go to bed and it helps me through the night. I would recommend this to anyone that has any kind of nerve pain or arthritis.
