Terrible Experience – Wet Bags and False Promises! I am beyond disappointed with JW Pei. I ordered two bags, expecting the quality and service they boast about, but instead, both bags arrived soaking wet! It's unbelievable how careless the packaging was. To make matters worse, when I tried to return them as their website promises a “100% return if not satisfied,” I discovered that it’s a total lie! They refused to honor their own policy, leaving me stuck with two ruined bags. Save your money and shop elsewhere—JW Pei is a nightmare!

So pretty. The quality is really good at a price selling point. Affordable and still feels luxurious quality. It almost feels like vegan leather. Quick delivery aswell. Only con is can’t wear the bag with oversized clothing cause the strap is a little small but personally I would use this bag on a night out, brunch or a day event. Fits all the essentials even extra small items if you wanted to. This be my second bag I’ve ordered from the brand and they do not disappoint.
