The product was fine, if anything the best things were the pillows. The reason why I had to give a low star rating is because they don’t keep up their stock on certain colors online. They take a while to respond back and when I was given an option to chose another color, that color too was out of stock. I do wish they fixed that so nobody has to go through what I had to go through. But other then that the sheets we soft,

Great but they smell

I love these pillows! They feel great. I will buy another set to match soon. Not sure about repurchasing the cooling pillow. I don’t know if it is the material but the first few night I could not get past the skunky smell. I had to bleach wash the covers and I can still vaguely smell it so I’m thinking it may be the stuffing too.

Actually cooling

As a hot and sweaty sleeper it's hard to find bedding that actually is as cooling as it says it is. This pillow really does stay cool all night! I like the shredded foam filling. My only complaint is that I didn't get a bag to put extra filling in if I want to adjust the loft. But overall, I'm happy!
