Pots are great, 10/20 trays maybe not so much

The pots are great. The 10/20 trays have the new (to me) notch thing in the ends, I suppose to make it easier to separate them. I find that this gives the trays an "uncertain" feel when I pick them up to move them, which is disconcerting. I am an intensive-hobby backyard cactus grower, and I use a fairly heavy soil mix, so I really liked the super heavy duty trays I already had from you from years past. Now, there's this like "AGH!" potential.

Sturdy pots, well-designed

These are fairly durable pots that should last through many seasons of use. The size is suitable for up-potting large seedlings (e.g., the tomatoes that you started way too early...) before you plant them outside. You could also successfully grow herbs and small flowers in them for a patio garden.
