This has been an incredibly disappointing purchase. We bought this almost a year ago and it’s been a strughle the entire time. There are retention problems, clogging problems, pieces have broken off, etc. I’ve been a barista for well over a decade and no matter how I try to take care of or baby this grinder, it’s constantly giving us issues. For nearly $200 its been a huge disappointment. I do not recommend these grinders. Not at all. We will be saving for a Mahlkonig for home.

This thing has completely changed my espresso making routine for the better. Not only is it easier to use, it's grinding finer & more consistently than my ECM grinder that's 3X more expensive. Super pleased with this little powerhouse of a grinder

I am still deciding whether or not I like this product. The retention of coffee grounds is annoying. I adjusted the inner part of my grinder today and a small pool of grounds spilled out. Typically, I have to pat/ smack the grinder a little or air push using the top to get all the coffee I need out. Not rating it a 3 yet because I need to see how it works with other devices besides my expresso machine. So far, on the fence on this but it was on the "affordable" side. I'll be trying to spray my beans next to see if it helps with retension.
