It’s been well over two years and I’ve been loving this grinder. I typically do coffee in a pour over format or in a chemex, however, I like to switch it up with a French press or grind my beans as fine as Turkish coffee for that preparation. This really is a great product and it’s still going strong. I’m so glad I made it an addition to my kitchen.

I am super pleased with my new burr grinder. No concerns with the product at all! However, the packaging was already opened. The exterior shipping box and the inner box.

This has been an incredibly disappointing purchase. We bought this almost a year ago and it’s been a strughle the entire time. There are retention problems, clogging problems, pieces have broken off, etc. I’ve been a barista for well over a decade and no matter how I try to take care of or baby this grinder, it’s constantly giving us issues. For nearly $200 its been a huge disappointment. I do not recommend these grinders. Not at all. We will be saving for a Mahlkonig for home.
