Great kids cup

This is definitely a wonderful kids cup that doesn’t leak like the eras. With kids though if they drop it on the floor and it’s in the open position it will spill all over. So it doesn’t leak but it will need to be in the locked position in order for it to be fully spill proof.

My 2 year old loves having a cup like mom! And mom loves that you can spin the top and not worry about leaking! My first cup came defective, and the sales team fixed it for me, quick and easy! Excellent customer service, excellent product. I will definitely be using this brand for a long time to come!

Amazing product and customer service

While I love ALL Brumate products, I have to say that their customer service is beyond anything I have ever experienced from any other company EVER! They are THE BEST! I got this Neon Pink Leap and I guess my dishwasher drying setting was too high and it melted the finish on the lid and the cup. I emailed customer service about it. Within a few hours I had a response asking for photos, I provided the photos and the details they wanted and then not even 2 hours later I got a notification that they were sending me a replacement FOR FREE! My original cup was engraved and they even engraved the new one without me having to ask! Phenomenal! Because of the engraving it did take a little longer to get the replacement (but that is expected with anything customized) but it was still super fast (I want to say it was like maybe 2 weeks to get the replacement maybe less). 100000% recommend this company to anyone! Their products are amazing and they stand behind them 100% yet don't give you the run around when you do have a problem which is so unheard of these days and it so amazing!
