Perfect style, however unlucky with the quality

My package was lost by the courier company and Jenni Kayne sent me a replacement. But it looks like the replacement was damaged (it feels like the thing is defective, threads are scattered all over the hat, unfortunately it doesn't look like the photo on the website). But the style is great and it suits me very well. I wish the original parcel with a well-made hat had reached me in the first place.

Best raffia hat

So chic. Love that it can be adjusted to make smaller. This hat can be dressed up or down and I love that it’s packable and easy to shape. Such a good investment!
