Didn't work for me
I tried taking this supplement, and only this, on two back to back nights (nothing else was taken just to have a clear benchmark) and, for whatever reason, it kept me awake. I could not settle and was in and out of sleep all night, it felt like it had a caffeine like affect on me. I was very disappointed as I had high hopes after listening to he Huberman podcast on sleep. I couldn't find any info online saying that this could be a possible side affect of Apigenin so I did find it odd. That said it sounds like it can be quite effective for most people so I would encourage anyone to give it a try and draw there own conclusions as everyone can react differently to virtually any supplement, this was simply my experience.
