Good build quality. Nice heavy knife. Edge very sharp. Fairly thick kerf so definitely not a filet style knife. Will be a great addition to our camping set. Thankyou.

GREAT CAMPING COOKING KNIFE

I love the way it feels in my hand when cutting meat and prepping vegetables. The sheath looks great, but the snaps are low quality and would be better replace by velcro or at least better quality snaps that make a snapping noise when connected.

Function and Style

I was excited to have found these knives, So far I have placed orders for three different knives. The overall craftmanship is can be felt once you open the box. Good balance, weighted very well and a superior edge. The only aspect that caught my attention was the finger hole and that the outside edge was just that and edge. I had expected it to be rounded, but it was a simple fix with a rat tail file. If you are in the market for a well crafted cooking/preparation knife then your search will end here. Pure joy!
