I love the fiery kick right before a workout! This definitely gets the temps up. Only used 1/4 of the bottle so far so I cant give a before and after but you can feel it.

First time ever buying Alpha lion and I got the burn20 and omg i was sweating bullets at the gym. I tried it both at home and gym sessions and im completely hook on it. Definitely recommend it, im already telling my family about it because is that good!
