Dissatisfied customer

The experience was trash! I paid 29.99 for shipping that was supposed to be the quickest but of course it was after that. Then once I get the items they were small & all I ask for was an bigger size & they denied it because of an policy. So, it’s okay to refund me money on something that I paid for that was in stock originally but to ask for a bigger size it’s final sale!? Horrible and the audacity of the hypocrisy behind that! Terrible and I’ll never order from this company again. What a joke! If I cld leave a zero star I would honestly.
