I love this pillow for sleeping on my back because it really supports my neck like I want. As for side sleeping, it takes a little more adjustment to line my head up in the center. It's not absolutely perfect for all of my needs but it is an awesome pillow!

I can see how theoretically this could be good for some people. Maybe I just have a weird neck or head or something, but this (like many other similar pillows) is far too thick and firm. It puts my neck at a terrible angle regardless of if I'm laying on my back or side. I'll probably keep it as a guest pillow.
