Sweet & Spicy is my wife's favorite flavor. I enjo it for a little less heat sometimes. And the noodles themselves are truly amazing. I don't think there is a better quality noodle out there. You could certainly sell them in a restaurant. There are so many things you can add to your bowl-- egg, sauted onion, chopped scallion, veggies, leftover shrimp, chicken, pork or beef... and don't forget the Momofuku Crunch!
