Rest and Relax

I really love having a cup of Rest before going to bed at night. It doesn’t need any creamer or even any sweetener. Just hot water for me! Makes me feel good that not only do I get to drink something that tastes delicious, it’s also good for me. I sleep well and I wake up alive not groggy. It’s such a great feeling! I usually hate getting out of bed in the morning, so this really helps.

I have been drinking the no caffeine version for many months and it is still as delicious as it was when I first tried it. Not cheap but way better and cheaper than Starbucks by a country mile.

Rest rooibos

I love the taste! It's not as strong on the relaxing herbs as I had hoped it would be. I was hoping for something that would make me sleepy. It does make me relaxed. I no longer drink coffee now that I've been drinking MudWater. I feel so much better!
