Super comfortable material I would say that they are true to size, but I decided to go down a size based on the reviews from other customers I’m glad that I did because they would’ve been a little bit too big as I have lost a great deal of weight. I am 57 160 pounds the medium fit perfectly for me with a little room, super comfortable excellent material excellent outfit for this type of weather here in Michigan
