I love this company, and my snap mount- however, this has been in (very light) use for 2 weeks (I work from home, so it gets minimal use for errands only), and the interior cords are already exposed where the cord connects to the charge disk. But still works - for now - which is why I have 2 stars instead of one. Pretty bummed, and could not recommend.

Overheats my phone and doesn’t work well or improve with the Snap 4 Luxe - can’t use it.

I like that it automagically connects to my phone but it gets REALLY hot when charging (like so hot I can’t hold my phone to use it)
