My box came in beat up to the point where the head phones were exposed without opening anything(scratches on the headphone). I tested it out still and the audio was much better than my previous headphone so I decided to keep it cause I desperately need it and the mic. However the mic’s audio according to my teammates is very soft and hard to hear. Not sure how to fix that, I tried using the mic tab in the cord, nothing and looked up videos but none have worked. I would return this product but like I said i desperately need it. If your only looking for good audio it’s the right headphones for you but for mic I would choose something else.

Great item highly recommended

My old headset (hyper x cloud stinger) held up for 3 years but after the first year the mic stopped working which was a down side but so far with this new one the mic is great and the headset feels like great quality for the price

Awesome Headset

Very nice headset. Gone through a lot of headsets along with the older model of these. The HyperX lasted a lot longer than most other brands so I'm sticking with them.
