Stone Black

The majority of the leaves are bent. The plant is leaning in the pot. It looks old and not like a fresh tree. A lot of the leaves at the end or brown/ dead.

Natural Bamboo

The pot literally kills the plant. It waters it by getting a rope damp then that rope goes into the pot. I’ve done landscaping for 6 years and have never seen anything so dumb. The plant lost 50 percent of its life before I realized their setup. I changed pots and have been slowly bringing it back, weather it takes a lot or a little, a plant still needs water, not a damp rope. They would get zero stars from me if that were an option.
