3 years later- Best customer service!

I originally purchased this tonie box starter set in October of 2021, almost three years ago now. In the last couple months the speaker started sounding a bit distorted so I reached out to customer service about it. A few emails and videos later, they offered to replace it for free! I’m so amazed and impressed and thankful! We love all our tonie products!

Tonies is great. Tonie headphones made box malfunction. Tonies backed up their product and replaced with new Tonies box. Love Tonies, especially Disney w Disney songs. Own 50+ Tonie figurines

New favorites

I regretted for the purchase… why did not I get it earlier!! My 4 year old loves it, and she would have spent much less time in front of TV. It is great for her bedtime and rides in the car, too.
