Inexcusable experience with sizing and support
I’m deeply disappointed with my experience with Jaded London. I ordered a dress and carefully followed the size guide, even sizing up, but the item arrived significantly too large and did not match the listed measurements. I reached out to customer service multiple times with no response, and when I finally received a reply, I was informed that I would need to pay for the return—despite the sizing error being due to the inaccuracy of the guide.
To make matters worse, the dress is no longer available at the price I originally paid, meaning I would need to spend more to reorder the correct size. The lack of accountability, delayed responses, and refusal to provide a fair resolution have been extremely frustrating and disappointing.
I am posting this review in the hope of gaining the company’s attention and having this issue resolved. I expected much better from a brand like Jaded London, and I hope they take steps to improve their customer service and policies moving forward.
