This was a warranty item from Fellow and I am so impressed with how this company looks after its customers. The original EKG Pro was having issues overshooting the temp of the water after almost 2 years. One email later with proof of purchase and a new model was shipped out free of charge. This is absolutely the best customer service experience I have had ever! Fellow stands behind their amazing products and this is why I will continue to purchase from them. The kettle is the very best build quality with spot on accuracy. If you have a passion for pour overs or need precision temp control for your tea or coffee, you will not be disappointed with this product. I can highly recommended this product and it truly deserves 5 stars!

I love this kettle. It’s elegant and gets the job done. I’d also recommend pouring off a couple of pots of boiled water as soon as you’ve set it up, before using it for tea or pour over coffee, but it hits the right temperature for everything I brew and holds water there when necessary. Having my water ready in the morning is a plus too.
