When I first tried the tea, I followed the steeping time and added rock sugar, and it was delicious. However, one day, I forgot about it for a minute or two longer, and all I could taste was cinnamon. I didn't dislike it, but I prefer the subtle flavor of cinnamon rather than a strong, overpowering taste.

New favorite herbal tea. Not too sweet, but it also has a good mix of flavors that go well together. I am very picky about tea flavors and tend to stick to assam, ceylon, or oolong teas over tea blends, but I really like this tea.
