Actually so happy and grateful for the service they provided me. They were extremely nice and understanding. The set was stolen and I was extremely upset since it was for my daughter for Christmas and was something she really wanted. I was extremely stressed out and might've been annoying to the customer support, but by the second day they responded, they sent out the set RIGHT AWAY! As soon as I got home from work I checked my mail as I had other packages coming and was surprised to see it there. Very nice customer service and I am so grateful for them. Onto the product, it is very high quality for the price and is a comfortable amount of heavy. Love it and I know my daughter will too!!
