Like the scent. Didn't like that it took a day for the pump lid to "open". I realize that it was because the products I bought arrived in near-freezing weather in winter, but it also would have been nice if there was better advice on how to get the pump working other than the word "open" with an arrow. Maybe put something easy to follow on the website? Push down and turn? wait for the body wash gel to thaw?

I’m super disappointed they’re discontinuing this scent. So fresh and clean smelling. It’s the best scent they have. I wish they would’ve come out with some shampoo and conditioner. I ordered the most I could get on one order this last time.
