I purchased this for my girlfriend. The robe is very well made and definitely a quality piece of clothing. I am very impressed with the product and the customer service from Ulivary. I had a hard time choosing between several of the designs. Now after seeing how beautiful the robe is on her I will be purchasing a few more in the future.
Customer service was outstanding. After placing my order I needed to change the shipping address. I sent an email at night and on a weekend and received a response. The address was changed and I received confirmation email letting me know everything was handled.
Shipping was quick and efficient. I am very happy with my purchase.
