Shoulders were loose and kept sliding off

Shoulders seem loose. I will have to have it altered. Too late to return it and also when I tried dress on... I mistakenly cut off the tags. So, I cannot return this dress. My daughter has ordered a few dresses from you and is the one who told me about your company.
