Beautiful Rug, Amazing Customer Service

Beyond in love with our Taylor rug in cream. Initially bought the 6x9' and realized it was too small for our space (even after measuring multiple times and creating a mockup). Sometimes you just need to experience it in the space. Getting in touch with the amazing (human!) customer service team was a breeze, even though it was smack dab in a busy season just before the holidays. They quickly shipped the 8x10', gave expert instructions on a simple return process, and everything was sorted in less than 2 weeks. I told my husband it's the best customer service I've experienced in my life, truly. LOVE how they ship, too. Very little packaging when you consider it's an entire rug. So much love for this company. Would give 10 stars if I could. Thank you Revival :)

Gorgeous, soft rug.

So cozy, very soft and looks just like the swatch of the design I received. I love the blue and olive green colors together, it really is a comforting combination. These rugs were so quality that they didn't even have an issue with laying flat immediately upon unrolling them.

Color faded

Unfortunately the rug is a gray/sage instead of a forest green and a faded gray/blue instead of dark denim like shown in the image online. I had to return it because of the color inaccuracy. Otherwise the quality was fair but since this is a washable wool rug, it’s not the plush wool that I was hoping for.
