I was so excited to try these but I couldn't get into the noodles.I've never had noodles with this consistency. It was so unlike anything i've ever tried. I didn't bother making the soup.

Little disappointed, expensive for just broth and noodles.

I bought the Variety Package. Also bought 6 pack of spicy beef and 6 pack of pork. 1) I use some chicken stock with added spices instead of included packets in those I’m not fond of. 2) Veggie package is kind of fake. Is it freeze dried? My favorites are Spicy Beef and the Pork. The Ramen Noodles have a wonderful texture in all the flavors. I add sliced waterchestnuts, bean sprouts, finely chopped cashews or peanuts. Some crunch is nice.
