The lid needs some work

Not crazy about the leak proof lid. Had to return the first one because the lid was not working properly. The second one I received the lid does work much better. I still prefer the regular trek lid with a straw that inserts. The leak proof lid Needs some improvement. I will commend the customer service department for taking care of the issue quickly. Very pleased with the service I received.

The lid was broken up on receiving, support did not send leakproof lid and would only offer an off color of product. They acted quickly but didn't read my message or pay attention to what was damaged and sent wrong replacement part. It would have been great customer service if they cared enough to make it right.

Not a fan of the changes

I have multiple trek tumblers, but they came with the removable straw. It is my own fault that I did not read the description that there has been a change. But I do not like the new fixed mouth piece and straw extension. Had I known the change I more than likely would not have purchased. Sad because the ones I have I love.
